The design of the tube plate heat exchanger as a condenser is used for the recovery of aggressive acids from moist process air, gas cooling and biogas desulphurization. Manufactured according to customer requirements, with inlets and outlets of the appropriate size and separate condensate drainage.
A base for mounting on a skid or hall floor is included.

– Permissible operating temperatures -30 to +140 °C (depending on the choice of material)
– Permissible operating pressure 3 to 16 bar (depending on the choice of material and operating temperature)

– Closed liquid-liquid heat exchanger for clean or slightly contaminated liquids

– Compact and fully welded construction
– Low adhesion of particles due to flexible, thin-walled pipes
– 1 to >20 m² heat exchanger area (per heat exchanger)
